The Bridge is a 12-bed residential treatment program for homeless adults living with a major mental illness, many of whom also experience co-occurring conditions. The program works to address the complex needs of the clients, utilizing an integrated, individualized, and client-centered approach, operated 24 hours/day by staff trained in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health and substance use treatment. Often our clients have co-occurring conditions, such as chronic health conditions and/or substance use disorders. The Program Coordinator position provides system support to all direct care positions to meet and maintain the highest standard of client care. This is an assistant management position of a clinical and administrative nature. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency’s mission through assisting the director in program oversight and providing some leadership to program direct service workers. This position attends weekly program staff meetings and participates in other meetings as necessary. Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
