This is a part-time (.5 FTE, 20 hours per week) position, and the adjusted salary range for this part-time position is $3,353 - $5,201.50 per month. Position Highlights The Marion County Circuit Court in Salem, Oregon, is hiring a part-time Domestic Violence Court Coordinator (Program Coordinator). In this role, you will support our Domestic Violence Court by monitoring the program’s performance, helping collect and analyze data about the program and its participants, creating reports, and providing updates to the judge. You will handle matters related to restraining orders, stalking orders, and criminal and domestic cases that involve intimate partner violence. You will maintain program participant files, track court appearances, log actions taken at each hearing, and monitor compliance with program requirements and sanctions. You will collect and review feedback from participants to identify program deficiencies and recommend improvements. You will coordinate meetings and training sessions. You will help prepare and coordinate the docket. You will also ensure that the program complies with grant requirements. As a subject matter expert, you will coordinate with court team members, other courts and entities that operate similar programs within Oregon, OJD’s Office of the State Court Administrator, the District Attorney’s office, defense attorneys, state agencies, probation specialists, treatment providers, and other community organizations, with the goal of facilitating communication to ensure coordinated, integrated, appropriate, and focused service delivery. Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.
