Program Coordinator, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Program Residency - Graduate Medical Education Under the guidance of the Program Director and the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the coordination, implementation and administrative duties for the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency and fellowship training programs. You will work in collaboration with the physician faculty, staff, and personnel at the hospital, multiple affiliated sites including area hospitals, off-site practices and community practitioners to ensure the ongoing accreditation and compliance of program with ACGME and hospital standards and regulations. Oversee program calendar, tabulate data and work with key software for tracking program metrics, current residents and alumni and reporting to the hospital, and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Additionally, you will assist the program manager in the daily operations of the training program. This is a full time day shift position working 4 days in-person at our Columbia Hospital, and the ability for 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to work with diverse community groups and multi-task
