Works in partnership with departmental leaders to develop, implement, and deliver special events and programs which meet the needs of patients, families, and community served. Within focus area, coordinates and oversees program volunteers in collaboration with program manager. May partner with professional and community organizations on programs and events. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or health-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (additional training, education, and/or certification may be required with program assignment)
  • Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and delivery
  • Demonstrated project planning and project management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work effectively under deadlines, with multiple tasks, and with individuals representing all levels within the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • May require reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Personal organization and time management
  • Human relations and teamwork
  • Personal adaptability/motivation
  • Listening

Responsibilities

  • In-Kind Donations Supports daily operations at the Scottish Rite campus.
  • Coordinates logistics including the receiving, sorting, distribution and acknowledgement of in-kind donations.
  • Serves as a liaison for SR campus to identify specific donation needs.
  • Provides donor support/recognition.
  • Captures and tracks data for reporting.
  • Special Events Serves as point for Special Events at Scottish Rite (coordination, promotion, patient engagement).
  • These include but are not limited to: Lights of Love, Mutt Gala, Homecoming, Cape Day, Holiday Shop Coordinates, promotes and supports Lobby events for Scottish Rite.
  • Example: Caricature Artist, Mascot Mania, etc.
  • Captures and tracks data for reporting.
  • Seacrest Studios Serves as the Seacrest Studios point of contact for Scottish Rite.
  • Promotes all Seacrest Studios programming and events. Through: Hospital Happenings, rounding Supports Seacrest Studios “live” broadcasts from Scottish Rite.
  • Focusing on patient engagement.
  • Creates/supports a delivery system for prize/interactive kits for patients participating at Scottish Rite.
  • Captures and tracks data for reporting.
