We are seeking a Program Coordinator for the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability to support the mission and vision of Baylor University and serve within the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. The Program Coordinator will help advance the work of the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability by providing direct support to its leadership and projects. Primary emphasis will focus on supporting one or more new grant projects funded by the Lilly Endowment Inc. and focused on fostering accessibility and belonging in churches across the country. A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. A signature initiative of the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing, the Baylor Collaborative on Faith and Disability is a nationally recognized hub for interdisciplinary scholarship, leadership training, and congregational transformation. Our mission is to equip Christian leaders, churches, and ministries with leading-edge scholarly insights to catalyze change that advances the belonging of disabled persons and their families in local congregations.
