About The Position

Key Responsibilities Supervision & Staff Management Supervise and support 5–8 part-time staff members. Maintain daily communication with school staff, club members, families, and the School Site Director. Participate in weekly program meetings; lead meetings in the Director’s absence. Support behavior management, member development, and mentorship to members. Provide guidance, instruction, and mentorship to staff to support their professional growth and effectiveness. Manage staff schedules Monitor weekly staff cleaning checklists. Program Development & Implementation Assist staff with the planning, implementing, and evaluating of daily programs and activities that ensure safety, engagement, and high standards. Develop a structured daily schedule for both staff and members. Maintain program quality and club appearance through ongoing assessment. Track and report average daily attendance and program participation. Run leadership and recognition programs. Organize and lead monthly assemblies and assist the School Site Director with monthly family night events. Ensure all areas are stocked with appropriate supplies; manage purchasing within budget. Communication & Reporting Establish and maintain positive relationships with club members and their families. Communicate with families regularly to support member success and resolve behavioral concerns. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the School Site Director. Accurately input attendance data into spreadsheets and maintain proper documentation. Understand how to use Member Tracking System (MTS) for accurate data management. Facility & Equipment Oversight Ensure program equipment is maintained and ready for use. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club environment.
