About The Position

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervision, and implementation of best practices for the residents in Paradigm Treatment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Previous residential or intensive outpatient experience preferred with minimum two (2) years in management position
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of the program.
Is knowledgeable of and provides leadership in all areas of licensing requirements, accreditation, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or social work preferred.

Responsibilities

Support a clinical team that implements the company’s core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services.
Working alongside other key members of the team, including psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, program directors, and other counseling staff, while directing and coordinating treatment services from intake to discharge.
Oversees the productivity of the program to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
Supervises the delivery of mental health services within the program, which includes the supervision of the intake process and completion of appropriate management of case records to ensure documentation meets company and government standards.
Shall be responsible for accurate maintenance of all client charts, medication records, and timely notation of services in client records.
Working with administrative team, will oversee hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and retention of all levels of the direct care team.
Maintains program and staff schedules as well as facility care and maintenance.
Prioritizes client safety; directs crisis management, reporting, and client referral processes.
Shall attend meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings.
Shall perform such additional functions as specifically requested by Directors to meet special facility patient needs, as necessary.
Collaborate effectively with other community organizations, local businesses, and counseling services to maximize opportunities for partners and the effectiveness of the program.
