Paradigm Treatment Centers provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for California and Texas teens from ages 13 to 17. With transformative residential facilities in Malibu, California, San Rafael, California, and now within the Austin, Texas area! Paradigm has more than a decade of experience in helping adolescents and young adults address the mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges that are holding them back. As a Program Director, You Will: Support a clinical team that implements the company’s core beliefs into all aspects of client care and program services. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervision, and implementation of best practices for the residents in Paradigm Treatment. Working alongside other key members of the team, including psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, program directors, and other counseling staff, while directing and coordinating treatment services from intake to discharge. Oversees the productivity of the program to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services. Supervises the delivery of mental health services within the program, which includes the supervision of the intake process and completion of appropriate management of case records to ensure documentation meets company and government standards. Shall be responsible for accurate maintenance of all client charts, medication records, and timely notation of services in client records. Working with administrative team, will oversee hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and retention of all levels of the direct care team. Maintains program and staff schedules as well as facility care and maintenance. Prioritizes client safety; directs crisis management, reporting, and client referral processes. Is knowledgeable of and provides leadership in all areas of licensing requirements, accreditation, state, and federal rules and regulations. Shall attend meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings. Shall perform such additional functions as specifically requested by Directors to meet special facility patient needs, as necessary. Collaborate effectively with other community organizations, local businesses, and counseling services to maximize opportunities for partners and the effectiveness of the program.
