About The Position

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Element Monitor (PEM) Support Specialist to provide comprehensive acquisition support for the PPBE process covering both orbital and sub-orbital missions for the U.S. Space Force’s Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP II). The PEM role serves as the subject matter expert for planning, programing, budgeting and execution (PPBE) activities by performing programmatic analysis of space and ground systems and developing comprehensive reports to leadership. In this role you will: Execute and support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes in accordance with established policies, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities. Provide comprehensive acquisition support for the PPBE process covering both orbital and sub-orbital missions Deliver weekly status reports detailing all programmatic and requirements analysis activities to the Government representatives Analyze requirements for the following programs and integrate them into the Space Force PPBE System and requirements generation process: Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) Tactically Responsive Space (TacRS) Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) Prepare and deliver bi-monthly briefings and presentations justifying program funds in the President’s budget Develop quarterly Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) documentation updates for Congressional presentation (subject to Government review and approval) Conduct monthly special studies and quick-response research to support RSLP, TacRS & SpRCO space and launch vehicle acquisition requirements Perform bi-monthly budget impact analyses to provide program direction recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in management, business administration, international affairs, or political science
  • 5 years’ experience in DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
  • Understanding of space and ground system programs and acquisition strategies
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Ability to maintain a professional bearing in all meetings, briefings and discussions with senior staff

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree required in management, business administration, international affairs, or political science
  • 5 years’ experience in DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
  • Proven experience with Space Force PPBE Systems
  • Proven experience performing programmatic analysis of Space and ground systems.
  • TS/SCI clearance and a favorably adjudicated Tier 5 (T-5)
