The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify). General Summary of Job Responsibilities The Program Engineer is responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for assigned projects. The incumbent will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Specifically, this position supports the Ludington Pumped Storage Corrective Work project team mechanical engineering activities. This role focuses on vendor submittal and drawing reviews, mechanical fitment, outage preparation and execution, quality control, contractor oversight, welding review and acceptance, and outage close-out. Outages range from 30 days to over 600 days and are planned to continue through at least 2031.
