About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integrator Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. PeopleTec is seeking an experienced Program Integrator Analyst to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Joint U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Project Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is on-site in government office (Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville AL).

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Travel is not expected, but could be 5% to 10% to various locations within the United States and Israel, if required
  • Possess a current U.S. passport
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
  • Analyst Level II: BA/BS with 3-plus years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD/DoW programs/projects
  • Analyst Level III: BA/BS with 7-plus years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD/DoW programs/projects

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of the design, development, testing, and/or production of missile defense weapon systems and/or components
  • Knowledge of MDA policies, procedures, and organization
  • Experience working with DoD or DoW weapon system acquisition programs
  • Experience interacting with and supporting high-level government customers
  • Experience with Task Management and associated software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient with Large Language Models (Artificial Intelligence applications)

Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Joint U.S.-Israeli Project Manager and leadership staff
  • Draft, revise, and deliver senior-level briefings (PowerPoint), white papers, talking points, and other executive-level products
  • Receive and respond to internal and external Requests for Information (RFI) including those from Congress and U.S. Combatant Commands
  • Primary facilitator of major products across the portfolio
  • Draft/Update recurring briefings to external organizations
  • Maintain the Project Office master calendar
  • Work Interagency Support Agreements
  • Compile and deliver the End-of-Week reports
  • Prepare and deliver the Bi-monthly Staff Call briefing via MS Teams
