We are seeking a Program Integrator who will provide direct support to our government customer’s business and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet critical deadlines. In this role, you will serve as an enterprise integrator, aligning business processes, regulatory requirements, and system workflows across functional domains to ensure cohesion and operational effectiveness. You will embed acquisition, fiscal, and policy controls into standardized business process designs to promote traceability, audit readiness, and sustained compliance. The Program Integrator will design and assess certification gates, control frameworks, and compliance artifacts to maintain a strong, long-term governance posture. Additionally, you will advise transformation leadership on regulatory risk, process standardization strategies, and the impacts of cross-functional integration. You will collaborate closely with G-Staff and functional stakeholders to enhance enterprise visibility, drive operational consistency, and deliver measurable improvements in process performance.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in related field
  • 3 years related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Must have the ability obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsibilities
