About The Position

EF is the world’s leading educational travel provider with over 55 years of experience. With our International Summer Schools, we offer young learners the opportunity to spend 2 – 4 weeks in North America, improving their English language skills in a robust program while participating in a full-activity program of sports, discos, parties, excursions, and lots more!

We are currently seeking a friendly, self-motivated and outgoing individual to join our team of Program Leaders in Florida. Our PLs are responsible for managing all operational aspects of our student programs.

The role is full time during the 3 to 4 - week program in July or August.

Requirements

• Passionate about International Education.
• Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
• Highly responsible, approachable, and friendly.
• Have the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Attend training before your contract commences.
• Have the right to live and work in the United States.
• Committed, reliable, outgoing and personable with strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, positive
• Happy to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).
• Happy to work outdoors come rain or shine.
• All applicants must be age 21 or older

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of program coordination leading up to and during the students’ trip
• Providing operational support for students, host families and international staff
• Responding to host family inquiries and logistics questions on a daily basis
• Ensuring student safety and satisfaction during their time in the United States
