The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: The Enterprise Services Business Solutions (ESBS) Organization is a Shared Service across RTX. These services include payroll, accounts payable, travel & expense, accounts receivable, procurement, records management, accounting, and more, aimed at supporting the core operations of RTX. ESBS is seeking an Operations and Governance Analyst to join our PMO/Transformation Organization. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with different PMO teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • 4+ years working experience and knowledge of Project Management, Business Services business processes, or technical system knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other analytical tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and external third parties
  • Ability to work independently and and manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
  • Expertise in the tools, processes, or methodologies relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Business Solutions PMO Intake tool, facilitating intake meetings to evaluate and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Oversee and maintain Planview, including setting up projects, auditing data for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between the BS PMO and ES PMO, attending meetings, communicating updates, and rolling out new Planview requirements.
  • Collaborate with other EBS leads to establish and maintain a consistent, standardized process across the BS PMO.
  • Provide Planview training to project managers (PMs), enabling effective use of the tool for portfolio and project management.
  • Support portfolio management by conducting data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights to leadership.
