Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • Support PMTs: Support the Services PMT teams to review customer contractual metrics, proposals, and financial performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Collins partners, understanding their needs, and support tailored solutions to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including cross collins program teams, service center operations, SIOP, customer support and product support teams to ensure seamless execution of OEM and aftermarket programs and initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
