Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in program or project management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading AI, MedTech, healthcare, or data-driven initiatives.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within MedTech and healthcare AI environments.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or PhD.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through adoption, including work with external technology partners.
• Strong program execution discipline, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and outcomes tracking.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated change-management leadership driving adoption of digital or AI capabilities across clinical and business workflows.
• Proven success building trusted partnerships and operating effectively within highly matrixed organizations.
