About The Position
The OSU Complex Care Program seeks a highly motivated, innovative Program Manager to support the development, coordination, and ongoing operations of a first‑of‑its‑kind interdisciplinary care model. This role will serve as a central leader for strategy, operations, and collaborative practice across physicians, staff, and research partners. The Program Manager will play a key role in advancing family‑centered, person‑first models of care for patients and families navigating complex healthcare needs.
