About The Position
CyberData is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a Clinical Trials Database and clinical informatics modernization effort. This role requires deep expertise in clinical informatics, Government contract leadership, and program governance. Key Responsibilities: The Program Manager will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, technical performance, and stakeholder engagement across clinical research operations. The PM will manage service level agreements, oversee modernization priorities, and ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a discipline related to clinical informatics or contract work
- Active/Current PMP certification (required)
- 8–12 years of experience, including 7 years in clinical informatics and Government contract management

- Experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
