The Program Manager of CyberMarket and GovSpend is part of the Sales and Business Services department, which resides on the Technology Partnerships team and reports to the Director of Technology Partnerships. As our Program Manager, CyberMarket and GovSpend, you will support daily CyberMarket operations, program launch activities, vendor lifecycle workflows, and stakeholder communications. This role is responsible for assisting with vetting, onboarding, process tracking, inquiry routing, data accuracy, and program enhancement efforts. You will be accountable for the overall development, growth, and revenue performance of the CyberMarket program and will own all program operations, partner engagement strategy, and revenue-aligned reporting. This role is also responsible for full ownership of the GovSpend program, including partner coordination, opportunity review, data accuracy, communication workflows and ensuring GovSpend contributes meaningfully to CIS bookings and vendor ecosystem health. Additionally, you will support request for proposal (RFP) capture activities including opportunity identification, requirements review, internal coordination, proposal document preparation, and tracking. This role plays a key part in executing the launch of the redesigned CyberMarket program and ensures ongoing quality and effectiveness of vendor support, internal processes, stakeholder interaction, and program performance management.
