The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for equal rights, seeks a Program Manager, Executive Office, who has the skills, tools, and techniques to plan and achieve program & project objectives, meeting or exceeding stakeholder needs and expectations. The Program Manager, Executive Office, will be primarily responsible for planning and executing strategic projects to ensure various cost, time, and quality goals are met. The Program Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with members of the Executive Office and other departments to proactively support strategic initiatives and the Office of the Chief of Staff. Travel for this position is limited and varies according to work assignments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, tact, and the ability to handle sensitive information promptly. We are seeking someone who has demonstrated success in data analysis, budgeting, relationship management, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.
