About The Position

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. Under a major National Security contract, IAP operates and maintains a facility in the National Capital region. Program responsibilities and services include comprehensive facility operations; project management for minor construction and major equipment repairs; engineering and operations support; custodial services; and environmental, safety, and occupational health support. As the Program Manager, you will lead a 20-person facility services National Security program. They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth. This position is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the National Security market and Facilities Management and Operations capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred
  • Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
  • 5 years of program management experience.
  • 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
  • Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI).
  • Yankee White (YW) granted or willingness to upgrade to a TS/SCI YW clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Overall program management of the 20 program personnel.
  • Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
  • Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring methods, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
  • Ensuring that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.
  • Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the on-site Project Manager, Team Leads, and staff.
  • Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.
  • Work with company leadership to identify new business opportunities within this National Security customer.
  • Provide expertise in support of responses to market surveys, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
  • Assist with achieving the company’s growth goals within the National Security market.
