The Supply Chain Planning team's mission is to enable, accelerate, scale and elevate (EASE) data center infrastructure growth and delivery through AI-Powered supply chain planning. As Cloud continues to scale, this team's work will contribute to the ongoing product, process and capability growth to ensure Google can continue to meet market and competitive goals. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting the labor strategy for third-party data center North America, South America metros. Your primary objective will be to define the "who, what, and when," ensuring that human capital is perfectly synchronized with physical infrastructure demands. You will synthesize long-term staffing requirements by analyzing demand pipelines and forecasts provided by upstream partners and govern labor requirements across the entire data center lifecycle.
