About The Position

The Program Manager II is responsible for managing a specific complex program or group of complex programs in a specialty/functional area, including scheduling and budgeting activities, and works in collaboration with leaders to implement the program's objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process. Responsible for ensuring the program's effectiveness and mobilizing stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program. Leads interdepartmental activities, ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation. Responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to enhance or expand the program and presenting proposals to management. Manages the execution of initiatives essential to the program's success, including communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Oversees and leads teams in support of the program's objectives. SERIES CONCEPT: The Program Manager, PFX Insights, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for operationalizing the organization’s Voice of the Patient (VoP) strategy. Serving as the primary functional liaison between Clinical Operations and IT/Data Engineering, this individual translates high-level strategic objectives into technical reality. The successful candidate will integrate diverse feedback streams—including complex survey platforms, crowdsourcing tools, and social sentiment—into a robust, centralized data logic framework. By leveraging advanced competencies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for sentiment synthesis, the Program Manager transforms organizational experience goals into sophisticated, actionable roadmaps that ensure the integrity, scalability, and technical excellence of our reporting environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
  • Four (4) years of experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven record of project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, committees, activities, and staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's in Health Administration, business, or health care-related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead improvement efforts related to strategic goals.
  • Experience working in public health, health care, or social services.
  • Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) Certification
  • Experience orchestrating (VoC) frameworks and the development of internal dashboards and other key tools to help operational leaders act on feedback
