Cleveland Clinic Children’s is an inclusive and supportive team dedicated to delivering world-class care for our youngest patients. As a Program Manager II supporting clinical trials in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, you will oversee and advance multiple research projects, guiding them through each phase of development and delivery. In this role, you will help implement new improvement initiatives, identify challenges, and solve problems as they arise to keep studies moving forward. Working behind the scenes, you will play an important part in helping some of the sickest children get better by supporting research involving new drugs, devices and data-driven medicine that bring innovative treatments from pharmaceutical partners to patients. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role after the 90-day new-hire period, with three days remote and two days on-site each week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
  • Clinical research experience in pediatrics including IRB submissions and maintenance, consenting, patient visits both onsite and remote, and monitoring visits
