Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in technical talent development, early-career programs, or HR operations.
  • Experience with process improvement, strategy building, and change management.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in telecommunications, cloud, or networking technology.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end program cycles, including rotation placements, headcount transfers, and performance cycle coordination.
  • Analyze program feedback and data to identify areas for operational improvement and resident experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the Organization Health team to ensure program activities support broader organizational culture initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary operational link between residents, leadership, and people partners.
  • Facilitate ongoing resident development through structured initiatives and maintain and update program documentation, policies, and internal resources
