Our Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research programs. This role develops systems, supports budgeting, mentors staff, and serves as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. A core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, the Program Manager III plays a vital role in advancing research across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and program support. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience
• Strong presentation, communication and training skills
• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
