About The Position

The Program Manager III, Talent Management will manage, influence and lead Navy Federal talent and performance management programs, and develop strategies to ensure timely and effective channel/program delivery and administration to include the full performance management cycle, performance calibration, our Talent Philosophy and Leadership Model; build and manage associated products; and guide communications and training to help employees understand those applications, in partnership with HR and cross-organizational stakeholders. The Program Manager III will be responsible and accountable for ensuring a high level of program performance in alignment with department and organizational priorities and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
