About The Position

Overview The Program Manager III organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and implementation of all contract support activities for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices. Responsibilities · Interface with government personnel. · Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards. Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates. · Provide a monthly status report to include a summary of services provided for the reporting period. This includes all key activities performed, schedule, risks, meetings attended, travel planned or completed, and accomplishments. · Responsible for the management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in this Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). · Oversee performance management program for all project staff – mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for employees · Anticipate customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and align program outcomes with mission priorities. Propose ideas for on-contract growth. · Serve as the primary client relationship manager within the program office · Support capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities. · Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities · Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables. · Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities Qualifications Required: · Bachelor's Degree · A minimum of 14 years of experience managing government programs is required, of which one (1) year must be supervisory. · A minimum of 10 years of experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory, is acceptable for candidates possessing a PMP certification. · Secret Clearance Preferred: · PMP Certification Company Overview Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 14 years of experience managing government programs is required, of which one (1) year must be supervisory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory, is acceptable for candidates possessing a PMP certification.
