We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead a critical aircraft deployment initiative. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end execution of a complex, cross-functional program, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7-10 years of complex program management experience
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to remain positive and mitigate risk when course corrections are required
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills, and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with team members throughout the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Microsoft Project and 365/office (SharePoint, Outlook, Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, others)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is considered a plus
  • Experience in aerospace, aviation, or related complex technical environments preferred
  • Background in eVTOL, Urban Air Mobility (UAM), or Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) applications

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level steering committee decisions into detailed, actionable execution plans
  • Develop and maintain the master program timeline and comprehensive risk register
  • Coordinate and align activities across multiple critical workstreams
  • Make key strategic and operational decisions to drive program effectiveness
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment of program objectives
  • Manage and mitigate program risks proactively
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation
