As part of an Operational Controls & Process Improvement team, you will be working on tough, critical-path projects and exciting challenges that do require immediate attention. These can be wide-ranging and located within different parts of the organization. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating initiatives that ensure the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while promoting a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives, drive process improvements, and ensure effective communication of policies and procedures across the organization. This role is for you if you are used to and enjoy solving hard problems, you have a can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
