Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with integration programs, dependency management, and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Align functional workstreams with overarching integration objectives and ensure cross-team collaboration.
  • Monitor integration progress, identify interdependencies, and mitigate risks or issues that may impact timelines.
  • Drive critical path resolution and facilitate decisions on trade-offs to maintain program momentum.
  • Lead stand-ups, status updates, dependency reviews, and readiness assessments with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison for stakeholders, negotiating conflicts and ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Escalate critical integration issues to executive leadership when necessary and provide actionable recommendations.
