About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager 2 (PM2) to manage and deliver IT projects for the State of Ohio (DRC). The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

6+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong experience with Agile methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL)
Experience with Azure DevOps and Git
Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle , including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and quality standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Coordinate with stakeholders, management, and technical teams
Track project progress and provide status reports and performance metrics
Oversee testing, issue resolution, and deliverable validation
Manage and approve project changes and enhancements
Lead meetings and guide technical/professional teams
