Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years progressive logistics/environmental management experience; 5+ years supporting U.S. Army or DoD logistics operations at installation level.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Logistics, Environmental Science, Business, or related field)

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall HMSO contract oversight; manage logistics and environmental compliance operations; ensure adherence to AR 710-series, OSHA, EPA, DOT; serve as primary COR interface; oversee staffing, budget execution, risk mitigation, inspections, and performance metrics; manage QCP and compliance reporting.
