About The Position

The Program Manager of Outpatient and School Based Services may be eligible for up to a $2000 new hire incentive bonus if licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or up to a $1000 new hire incentive bonus if non-licensed/licensed eligible if hired and meets all qualifications. This position is located at the Butler Heritage Wellness Center in Butler, PA and is a full-time role within the nonprofit social services sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, social work or other related human service field.
  • Must have completed a clinical practicum during Master's program.
  • Clinical licensed eligible; Clinical license preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience, at least one year in an outpatient setting and at least 6 months with children.
  • Two years supervisory experience managing in either a child welfare system or treatment of adults, children and families.
  • Proven track record of implementing clinical programs.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coach others in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
  • Experience working with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have access to a telephone and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be eligible for PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervisory oversight to assigned School Based Districts and Outpatient Clinics.
  • Oversee assigned School Based Supervisors and Outpatient Supervisors.
  • Manage Outpatient referrals along with Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management referrals.
  • Conduct monthly School Building Meetings and monitor the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
  • Supervise assigned therapists through individual and group supervision.
  • Maintain responsibility for the management and compliance of Outpatient Sites by adhering to regulations and best practices.
  • Hire and train new clinical staff.
  • Implement monitoring tools to assure supervisees' use of agency values in service delivery.
  • Complete staff payroll and billing procedures.
  • Participate in Program and Psychiatric Treatment Team Meetings.
