URBN is seeking a Program Manager, Personalization who will help to drive innovation and sales across the URBN portfolio (Urban Outfitters, Free People, Anthropologie, Nuuly, & Terrain) through the development, execution, and measurement of Personalization programs across Web, App, and CRM. The role acts as a key conduit between URBN Brand teams, central Digital and Technology teams, and Personalization platform vendors. The role will help to guide a variety of Personalization project requirements, vendor delivery, and brand strategies. The right candidate will have several years of experience with Personalization campaigns, including algorithmic approaches, audience and content strategies, and affinity and behavioral targeting. Collaboration, strong attention to detail, and data and analytics are an integral part of this position.
