About The Position

The Business Enablement team within Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Merchandising Operations org is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead pricing operations and process enablement across our omnichannel grocery business. In this role, you will own the development and maintenance of standardized pricing processes, ensuring category teams have clear SOPs and operational guidelines to execute accurate, competitive pricing strategies. You will maintain a high bar for pricing quality and operational excellence, working cross-functionally with Category Managers, Core Pricing Product Managers, Finance, and Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class pricing execution across both in-store and online channels. The Business Enablement team serves as the cornerstone of WWGS's unified retail strategy, connecting business needs with technical solutions and establishing a framework that enables strategic decision-making. This role is critical to ensuring pricing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale across the grocery network.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience defining pricing and/or promotion strategy for a retail business

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for pricing processes, ensuring category teams have clear operational guidelines for day-to-day pricing execution
  • Lead proactive quality audits of pricing operations to deliver an excellent customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Execute manual corrective actions and coordinate with technical teams to design automated mechanisms that prevent pricing errors
  • Translate business requirements into clearly documented BRDs for Core Pricing Product Managers and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication between business and tech
  • Coordinate UAT participation for pricing tool updates and system changes, ensuring business requirements are met
  • Partner with Merch Ops Central Analytics to define dashboard requirements that enable category teams to monitor pricing performance
  • Maintain pricing error resolution SLA, ensuring rapid response to operational issues
  • Build roadmaps to improve pricing operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization and automation
  • Contribute to leadership reviews reporting on pricing operational health and quality metrics
  • Document best practices and create training materials to drive adoption of standardized processes across category teams
  • Partner with Finance team on pricing-related financial reporting requirements and cost data accuracy
