THE WORK Modelling and Simulation for Framework and Tools (MASC-F) contract is an IDIQ contract in the Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems business area. This program supports the development and maintenance of the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) product that ties together both lab-based and fielded components for testing MDS hardware and software components. WHO YOU ARE Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accountable for technical, cost, and schedule performance on a specified product or product family Ensures product roadmap is in alignment with overall program vision & intent Ensures product dependencies are tracked, managed, and status communicated Ensures product risks are identified and managed This position requires an Interim Secret security clearance to start, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of SAFe@ Agile Principles
  • Knowledge of systems engineering practices
  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
  • Familiarity with Risk & Opportunity Management process
  • Interim Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate / manage multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Strong written and organizational skills
  • Experience with managing CDRLs and leading Product or Scrum Teams
  • Strong interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience leading a team
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • Previous Lockheed experience
