About The Position

Agility Robotics is building the world’s most capable humanoid robots — and the programs that make them dependable at scale. As Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will drive highly visible and cross-functional programs in the company, working across multiple organizations to drive progress on outcomes that matter. Reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you will be the operational engine behind executive-sponsored programs that span multiple organizations. You will own the structure, cadence, and forward momentum of complex programs with senior stakeholders and high expectations. Your job is to make sure things move forward, decisions get made, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a strong fit for a structured, disciplined PM who is energized by high-visibility work, and is relentless about follow-through.

Requirements

  • You are a structured, disciplined PM who knows how to bring order to complex, multi-team work without slowing it down.
  • You run great meetings. You prepare thoroughly, facilitate with confidence, and leave every session with clear decisions and owners.
  • You are relentless about follow-through. You don’t wait for updates to come to you, and you know how to hold people accountable without creating friction.
  • You are comfortable working across all levels of the organization — from leaders setting direction to the functional teams doing the work. You earn trust quickly regardless of who is in the room.
  • You define progress concretely. You know the difference between activity and momentum and you build the tracking systems to show the difference.
  • You thrive when the work is ambiguous and the stakes are high. You create structure where it’s missing and stay focused when priorities shift.
  • You are curious about the work your stakeholders do, even when it’s outside your domain, and that curiosity makes you a better partner and a more effective PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing programs that span hardware, software, and commercial teams simultaneously.
  • Background supporting executive-level governance, steering committees, or C-suite reporting cadences.
  • Familiarity with program management tools and frameworks used in cross-functional, multi-org environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day execution of high-visibility, executive-sponsored programs that span multiple functional organizations.
  • Design and maintain program structure: define workstreams, clarify ownership, establish meeting cadence, and keep the program operating with consistency and clarity.
  • Run effective cross-functional meetings with senior and executive stakeholders. Prepare agendas, facilitate discussion, capture decisions, and ensure the right conversations happen at the right time.
  • Chase down action items and commitments between meetings. Hold owners accountable without friction and keep work moving between formal touchpoints.
  • Track and communicate program progress clearly. Maintain status reports, surface risks early, and give leadership an accurate picture of where things stand.
  • Identify when programs are drifting, decisions are stalling, or dependencies are at risk. Escalate with context and a point of view, not just a flag.
  • Translate complex, multi-team work into clear milestones and progress narratives that resonate with both working teams and executive audiences.
  • Partner with functional leads across operations, hardware, software, and commercial teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain shared accountability.
  • Build and improve the program infrastructure over time, including templates, tracking tools, and communication frameworks that make the work more scalable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
