About The Position

Crowned Grace International seeks a Program Manager for the Veterans Administration to support tasks and subtasks requiring expert-level capability, based in the Washington, DC area, using the full Microsoft suite of applications (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Excel Pivot, MS Access, etc.). The program manager will oversee administrative support, executive correspondence analysis support, and paralegal support requirements, including contractor staffing and personnel supervision. Recognizing the importance of this role, the program manager will successfully develop program strategic plans and associated artifacts, track, measure, and report on key performance metrics. The Program Manager's primary mission is to empower acquisition planning teams, including Program Managers and Contracting Officers, with advanced methods for gathering and analyzing market research data to support informed decision-making. The Program Manager will implement an Early Involvement (EI) initiative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of study (Business Administration, Management, or relevant degree with the required tasks.
  • Eight (8) years of Program/Project Manager experience performing work relevant to the PWS task requirements and are reflective of applying the minimum technical capabilities.
  • Possession of an active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP®) certification is required to demonstrate recognized expertise in program management.
  • Demonstrated experience with management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) in various labor categories.
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of training techniques.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials, to ensure candidates feel their expertise is valued and impactful.
