About The Position

Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our
Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — Amazon’s third-party
grocery delivery service. In this role, you will lead high-impact,
cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a complex, rapidly-growing
business.

This role requires innovative problem-solving, ability to work with data, and
strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery
strategy and execution. You will need to present complex analysis and
recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional
stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams
• Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics
• Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale
• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews
