Possible Travel Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm Work Day: Monday – Friday Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to support a Federal Agency client. The Program Manager will oversee contract execution, coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts, and ensure delivery of high-quality products and services. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage technical deliverables across multiple task areas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program management experience supporting DoD, military, or civilian customers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Strong senior stakeholder communication and leadership briefing experience

Nice To Haves

  • DHA / MHS / TRICARE experience
  • Prior Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract support experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program leadership, coordination, and performance management
  • Organize, direct, manage, and review technical and operational deliverables
  • Ensure alignment of contract activities with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards
  • Lead executive briefings, status meetings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), milestones, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance standards
