About The Position

As the Program Manager for our Preferred Networks, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the infrastructure needed to power our national, high-quality Preferred Provider Network (PPN). You will enable our preferred partners (non-primary care providers like post-acute care facilities, specialists, labs, etc.) to further reduce unnecessary healthcare costs and improve quality for our Medicare ACO populations. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day program operations and analytics of our PPN, transforming complex claims data into actionable insights and strategic growth opportunities. Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience within healthcare operations, Medicare ACOs, population health, or value-based care.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools, with a proven ability to synthesize information from disparate data sources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience using data analysis to drive measurable operational outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex claims data to identify high-impact PPN targets and provide data-driven recommendations for network optimization.
  • Help the team execute on key stages of the partnership lifecycle, from assisting with initial pitches to successfully executing contracts before annual CMS deadlines.
  • Initially serve as a secondary point of contact for our external relationships with the ability to grow and lead these relationships over time
  • Design and deliver comprehensive quarterly dashboard reports and high-impact newsletter campaigns that keep our stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Analytics, Customer Success, Clinical Strategy, and Product teams to refine and define performance solutions and internal operations associated with the PPN.
  • Build and maintain robust tracking systems for leading and lagging success indicators to ensure our initiatives remain effective as we scale.
  • Master and integrate emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and drive innovative solutions in network management.
