About The Position

Captain Kicks Soccer and Young Ninjas USA are growing youth enrichment programs serving children ages 2–10 through fun, structured soccer and martial arts classes. We partner with schools across Los Angeles and the Valley and are seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Operations Manager to help power our day-to-day operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our seasons launch smoothly, our coaches are supported, and our school partners feel well cared for. Captain Kicks is a fun , non-competitive, introduction to soccer for children ages 2-10. Captain Kicks does not have one playing location. Rather, we run classes on site, at preschools and elementary schools. Led by our awesome coaches, classes pack huge amounts of fun and fitness in a creative, age appropriate, and non-competitive setting. While our Captain Kicks headquarters is located in Mid-City, we work with many schools all over Los Angeles, the San Fernando valley, and the South Bay. curriculum : Through age-appropriate and play based soccer curriculum, our objective is to make a positive impact on each child, by introducing them to soccer in a creative, fun, and non-competitive setting. Students will learn new skills and valuable life lessons through positive reinforcement, instilling children with self-confidence. Classes sessions are 8-10 weeks, offered once a week for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour. Most classes take place anywhere between 9am-5pm, during the week. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional, confident communication (phone & email)
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable coordinating with coaches and school administrators
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Mailchimp a plus)
  • Prior administrative or program coordination experience preferred
  • Friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate seasonal schedules and program logistics
  • Track session notes, instructor reports, and program data
  • Maintain coach compliance files (Live Scan, TB tests, certifications)
  • Support payroll reporting and administrative systems
  • Manage inventory (uniforms, equipment, materials)
  • Coordinate logistics and communication with coaching staff
  • Maintain organized documentation and internal systems
  • Ensure coaches are prepared and informed
  • Ensure smooth program launches each season
  • Support enrollment reminders and seasonal promotions coaches communications/office
  • Answer phones as needed schools
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with partner schools if needed
  • Assist with quarterly newsletters (Mailchimp)
  • Assist with social media posts
  • Gather feedback and testimonials
