The Program Outreach Engineer is responsible for supporting user engagement activities across the Intelligence Community to implement new collection capabilities and help drive changes to IC tradecraft. Support training, exercise, and operational support to IC partners by identifying customer technical capabilities that contribute to end users’ success. Provides strategic planning and senior staff support, including strategic and operational engagement coordination, scheduling and meeting logistics. Assist customer strategic messaging formulation, track user needs, capture senior leader direction for updates to messaging. Captures user needs and formulates them into recommended requirement updates within a systems engineering/ agile construct. Provide expert advice, in-depth training, and exercise / operational support to IC partners by identifying customer capabilities that contribute to users’ success. Generate intelligence summaries for SPO leadership consumption and PMR briefings. Executes customer strategic messaging, user needs tracking, business intelligence and data metrics capture, and customer relationship management and monitoring. Frequent interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders.
