About The Position

We are seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist III as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work in support of TSA-ESVP. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience. Position Description Support identification, evaluation, testing, and documentation of risks and internal controls for TSA’s vetted populations. Maintain risk documentation, facilitate sessions, and track mitigation actions. Prepare meeting records, agendas, and briefing materials for risk governance. Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Provide activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, and providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training. Develop and maintain schedules, agendas, minutes, briefing packages, and decision records. Support leadership working groups, technical forums, and program review meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years experience with 7 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in general program/project management.
  • Certified in Program/Project Management (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) Level II and above).
  • BA/BS required.
