About The Position
An opportunity to make an impact on the recovery community with a team from all different disciplines! The Program Safety Guide is responsible for: Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted. Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
Responsibilities
- Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
