What you’ll achieve We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to serve as a Program Security Officer (PSO) to join our team. This role will report to the Manager of the Defense & Intelligence Security Team within the Governance, Risk & Compliance organization. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, and will provide oversight of day-to-day security operations for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Program Activities, to include coordination of program security disciplines with Program Management, Primes, Subcontractors, and Government Customers.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship with current, active TS/SCI with CI polygraph is required.
  • 25%-50% regional travel.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze and prioritize problems and identify solutions based on sound knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, SEAD 3 and 4.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop and render concise reports, summaries and formal presentations.
  • Familiar with classification management process and classification guides.
  • In-depth knowledge of the clearance investigation and adjudication process, SCIF operating procedures and management, sending and receiving VARs via DISS or Company Letterhead, security incident reporting, ICD 705 Technical Specifications and TEMPEST are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-year combined experience directly security supporting an IC or DOD programs.
  • Ability to handle daily activities with little oversight or direction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting and administering security aspects for Department of Defense and Intelligence agency customers, to include the lifecycle of all investigation/re-investigations for security clearances.
  • Provide support and liaison between the Customer and Business for security matters.
  • Administer security programs and procedures for the management and accreditation of new SCIF projects.
  • Working knowledge of government systems: Scattered Castles, and Talon. Experience with SIMS is a plus.
  • Experience writing security volumes for proposals, DD254s, and other contract mechanisms.
