About The Position

SSI is seeking a Program Security Representative for a role in Chantilly, VA.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for one or more of the client's SCI, SAP, and collateral activities.
· Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
· Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data in support of US military operations, including Security Classification Guides.
· Provide daily security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems; draft Standard Operation Procedures.
· Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. Conduct Program Protection Plan reviews and coordination to ensure OPSEC protections for Critical Program Information.
· Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs, and monitor, report and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
· Conduct exploration of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• TS/SCI Clearance Required and SAP eligibility and willingness to take a CI if required.
• 5-10 years related experience required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
