About The Position

LIFESPAN Services is a non-profit that provides community-based programming to children and adults in 20 counties in North Carolina. We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Program Service Manager to lead a team of direct support professionals across North Carolina. Under general supervision, the Program Services Manager will ensure daily operational activities and administration duties of program services are managed and performing efficiently and effectively yielding a positive outcome so those adults served and employed with intellectual and developmental disabilities will improve and flourish to their greatest ability. $$Starting salary (salaried non-exempt): $ 40,000.00 Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We Illuminate and support! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in health and human services to persons with developmental disabilities
  • Minimum of one-year previous supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possession of an active driver’s license, access to a vehicle for day-to-day job performance and approved automobile insurance are required
