The Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services is a critical member of both the region’s child welfare team, as well as the agency’s broader leadership team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. The Intact Family Services program provides families with intensive, trauma-informed case management services using Solution-Based Casework (SBC), an evidence-informed casework model of partnering with families to help them reach their goals. As the Program Supervisor, you will provide reflective supervision to Intact Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all with the goal of helping children and families thrive. Candidate qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required. At least two years’ social services experience required (child welfare experience highly desirable). Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed required. Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Provide individual case consultation and supervision to staff.
  • Provide back up and coverage for team members, as required by program.
  • Responsible for monitoring and implementing the program’s continuous quality improvement process including outcome measures, assessments and funding reports.
  • Develops methods to enhance the quality of services and improve the ability of the programs to identify and address specific individual training and consultation needs.
